"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you"

Discipleship school was provided to train and equip leaders to be foundationally sound, well-grounded and rooted in the Word of God; leaders who can minister to their own cultures according to the giftings that the Lord, through the Holy Spirit,  placed within them and to which He has called them.

The Discipleship school helped those who have a call on their lives to first identify that call and then to instruct them from the Word of God to see how that call or ministry gift can be used for the furtherance of the Gospel, to nurturing the Saints and building up the body of Christ through discipleship, thus fulfilling that call .

And we proclaim Him, Jesus, admonishing every man and teaching every man with all wisdom, that we may present every man complete in Christ. And for this purpose also I labor, striving according to His power which mightily works within me". Colossians 1:28-29

We believe in order to reach the lost for Christ that men and women of their own culture and background will be most effective for the enduring work of Christ that takes place long after the evangelist has come and gone. Therefore, training up and equipping ministers of the Gospel from each culture to reach their own people group and to continue the discipleship process is of the highest importance to us.   We know that without a continued presence of teaching and nurturing coupled with accountability through discipleship, the new child of God will not stand much of a chance (in any culture) to grow and mature into the men or women of God that is complete and lacking nothing in Christ.

Our goals, therefore were:

1. To build a base of strong, foundationally solid believers who are reaching out to the community where they live, touching lives, bringing men and women, boys and girls to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

2. To have well-rounded ministry team of teachers training and equipping new believers on an on-going basis.

3. To take those who are the call of ministry upon them, complete what they might be lacking from the word of God and send them out with support to minister as the Lord leads them.

4. To be an on-going center for discipleship and spiritual growth helping to strengthen communities as Christ makes His Presence felt in their lives, moving them from the darkness of the unsaved world and it's temptations into the light of all that is true and good and honest, strengthening families, restoring relationships, pleasing to God.
